🟣 "Know Your Leadership and Teamwork Style"

Over the course of two days, this interactive workshop invites Deaf participants to discover their own leadership qualities and teamwork approaches. Through games, group activities, and self-reflection, the workshop empowers each individual to better understand their strengths, communicate effectively, and collaborate within diverse teams. Whether you're new to leadership or looking to grow, this experience is designed to support and inspire your personal development in a Deaf-friendly and fully inclusive environment.

🟠 "Learning and Unlearning: How Power Structures Shape Our Thinking"
This two-day workshop encourages participants to reflect on how power structures influence our thoughts, behaviours, and everyday decisions. Designed specifically for Deaf professionals from across Europe, the workshop creates a safe and open space to share lived experiences and challenge social norms.

• On Day 1, participants will explore topics such as bias, social conditioning, and how our position in society affects our perspective.
• On Day 2, the focus shifts to forms of discrimination like audism, ableism, and language oppression, and how we can actively respond to these injustices in our personal and professional lives.

These sessions will not only provide valuable tools for leadership and self-awareness but also promote deeper understanding and solidarity within the Deaf community across borders.
