Important Information

Travel Reimbursement

  • Economy criterion: Choose the most economical fares
  • Maximum limit: € 320 per person
  • Documents: Invoice in English with "PAID", date, invoice number, passenger name, flight/route details, amount
  • Tickets: Valid documents with price and dates clearly written
  • Reimbursement: Bank transfer after receiving documents via Google Form
